HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of my ready to ship items will be dispatched within 3 working days.   My handmade, custom items will be dispatched within 2 weeks. 

Once an item is dispatched it is in the hands of the postal service!  I obtain proof of purchase of all my items, but you selected tracking at checkout there are no tracking details.  

Within the UK all orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a proof of postage.  If you would prefer Recorded Deliver or Special Delivery please contact me prior to making payment as there may be additional postage costs to cover this. 

International orders are sent via regular Airmail and, depending on the country you live in, can take in excess of 20 business days to arrive. You are able to select a tracked service at checkout.  Ordinary airmail packages are insured up to a value of £20, whereas tracked packages are insured up to a value of £50, should they go missing (very very rare!).

Customs fees, taxes and charges – Please remember that if you are ordering internationally you are the importer and you are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes or charges that you country’s import laws impose. Please contact your customs office and check that you are aware of these prior to placing an order as I cannot advise on these matters.

Presentation – These clothes are made in a pet-free, smoke-free home. All of my items are carefully checked and wrapped in ether a recycled plastic bag or in a cotton M & B bag. Please state if your order is a gift and I will include a message.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel the sale within the period prior to dispatch I will send a refund. 

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM GOES MISSING?

Unfortunately no postal system is perfect and at times items go missing.  The Royal Mail requires that you wait at least 20 working days (for Europe) or 25 working days (for the rest of the world) before making such a claim. I can make a claim on the purchaser's behalf and will need a signed note from the purchaser to say that the item did not arrive in time. 


WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

All of my orders are ironed, checked and carefully packaged in a cotton or plastic bag. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the package in transit, but am happy to provide the purchaser with a signed note stating that the item was carefully packaged prior to posting in order to assist with any claim for the damage.

I accept returns within 30 days if the item sent to you is faulty, however I pride myself on producing good quality clothes, and hope you find them to be good quality. Please contact me directly if you feel the item is not as described.  Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.maebelleandbo.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Except to communicate to you about your order, we will only email you with marketing information if you have opted in to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from this at any point (see below). We will not send you independent marking information through the post or using your phone number.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. KEEPING YOUR DATA SECURE

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, for example:

- access to your account is controlled by a password and user name that are unique to you;
- we store your personal data on secure servers; and
- payment details are encrypted using SSL technology (typically you will see a lock icon or green address bar (or both) in your browser when we use this technology).

While we will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal data, you acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal data that are transferred from you or to you via the internet. DATA TRANSFERS

Within EEA
EEA personal data is received and initially processed by Shopify's Irish entity, Shopify International Ltd.
EEA to Canada
Data is exported from the EEA to Shopify’s Canadian parent entity, Shopify Inc. This export takes place within Shopify’s corporate structure.
Data within Shopify Inc. is protected under PIPEDA, Canada’s private
sector privacy legislation, which is considered adequate under the GDPR.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they stop being customers.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16 .
